About the author

For twelve years, Doron Meiri covered police and legal affairs in the printed press as a senior journalist. Meiri reported on crime syndicates, murders, robberies, acts of terrorism, and white-collar crimes. While covering the National Prison Service, he interviewed dozens of criminals, murderers, and even terrorists. He covered everything from the National Headquarters of the Police, the Ministry of Internal Security, the Internal Police Investigations Department, the Border Patrol, and the National Counter Terror Unit. After twelve years on the beat, Meiri served as the news desk editor.
