About the author

Sue Ahlborn lives in the Mojave Desert with her 3 cats. The 3 cats are all black domestic short-hairs and their names are Magic, Midnight, and Lucky. She’s had them for over 10 years. She was married for 10 years but things didn’t work out. This was the inspiration behind much of Heartbreak in the Desert. She has unique insights as someone who struggles with bipolar I disorder with psychotic features, OCD, and anxiety. She also has a B.A. in Psychology.
