About the author

Elsevier Author, William Jarnagin, MD holds the Enid A. Haupt Chair in surgery at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and is Professor of Surgery at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He has served chief of the Hepatopancreatobiliary Service at Memorial Sloan-Kettering where he was also vice-chairman of the Department of Surgery.
